Foundation Cleaning Pricing

Ongoing Care or One-Time Care

$65/hour · 3-hour minimum

Ongoing care clients receive priority scheduling and first access to calendar openings. Designed to maintain calm, functional living spaces through consistent, thoughtful care.

Includes:

  • Kitchen: countertops, stove, sink, exterior of appliances, loading dishwasher (if applicable), spot-clean cabinet exteriors

  • Bathrooms: countertops, sink, toilet (interior & exterior), mirrors, standard maintenance shower/tub cleaning, spot-clean cabinet exteriors

  • Bedrooms: bed making

  • Laundry room: spot-clean exterior washer/dryer

  • Dusting accessible furniture throughout the home

  • Vacuuming and mopping hard surface floors

  • General tidying of visible areas

  • Emptying trash receptacles

Does not include:

  • Inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, microwave, or drawers

  • Heavy soap scum, mildew, or buildup in tubs/showers

  • Drain unclogging

  • Baseboards

  • Closets, garages, storage rooms, or pantry

  • Changing linens

  • Vacuuming draperies

  • Interior windows or window tracks

  • Cleaning and handling of TV or computers along with wiring

  • Furniture moving

  • Litter boxes or animal waste

Showers and bathtubs are assessed by condition. Standard maintenance cleaning is included when surfaces are already in good shape. Heavy buildup or neglected areas require Deep Cleaning. If deeper care is needed, I’ll let you know and recommend the appropriate next step.

Targeted Deep Cleaning For Kitchen Or Bath

$80/hour · 3-hour minimum per room

Available for kitchens and/or bathrooms needing focused, restorative care.

Includes:

  • Detailed bathroom cleaning: inside/outside cabinets, showers, tubs, tile, grout as condition allows, baseboards

  • Kitchen deep clean: inside microwave, oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, built-up grease or residue on stove
